Property Rules for Rental
- All Montauk Row guests are required to provide their confirmed phone number, email address, city of address, payment information, and agree to house and property rules of the Montauk Row property cottages:
- We are a quiet and respectful community. Please keep noise levels down from 9pm-8am. Absolutely no parties are allowed and no fires/bonfires are allowed on or near our cottages or on our lawns or beach or throughout the property.
There is a 2 person guest maximum allowed at our studio and one bedroom cottages and a 4 person guest maximum allowed at our two bedroom cottages. - Check in time is 11am, check out time is 3pm.
- Quiet hours property wide are 9pm- 8am.
- No events or commercial photography or filming is allowed.
- No smoking of tobacco, marijuana, cigars or vaping of any smoke or vape emitting products is permitted in our cottages.
- Guests are allowed to park one vehicle in our parking lot for their stay, unless otherwise arranged with management.
- We allow one dog per stay at each cottage. There is a $75 pet fee per stay. Dogs are allowed to enjoy our lawns and beach, but they must be leashed when outside of the rental cottage and their waste picked up by dog owner. Dogs are not allowed on our cottage furniture.
- There is a cottage cleaning fee per stay: $150 for studio cottages, $225 for one and two bedroom cottages
- Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
